2. Choose a trusted guardian
Appoint someone you trust to care for your pet if you die, lose capacity, or separate from your partner. If you’re a couple, you can agree in advance who keeps your pet after a breakup.
3. Sign your PetPact®
We’ll email your document for secure e-signature by you and your chosen guardian. Once signed, it’s yours to keep and share – giving peace of mind to everyone involved.
